These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of AI Sprite Generator. By creating an account, purchasing a paid feature, or using the service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Refund Policy, and other policies presented with the service.

Paid Creation, Credits, and Refunds
AI Sprite Generator provides paid character and animation creation services. Product actions may require credits or payment according to the pricing displayed in the product. Any applicable price or credit cost will be shown before purchase or the action begins.
No payment or credits will be charged when the requested service is unavailable or when no paid action has been completed. Refund eligibility and processing are governed by our Refund Policy.
User Content and Permissions
You retain the rights you hold in prompts and other content you submit. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights, permissions, and lawful basis needed to submit and use that content.
You grant us a limited license to host, copy, process, transmit, moderate, store, and otherwise use submitted content only as needed to operate, secure, and provide the service. If you use a public feature, this license also allows us to display and distribute the content through that feature until it is removed or no longer made public, subject to reasonable operational copies and legal retention.
You remain responsible for people, characters, brands, artwork, and other protected material included in your inputs or outputs.
AI Output Limitations
AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, inconsistent, incomplete, or similar to content produced for other users. We do not guarantee uniqueness, copyright eligibility, non-infringement, factual accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
You are responsible for reviewing outputs and determining whether they are suitable and lawful before publishing, distributing, or using them commercially.
Prohibited Use
You must not use the service to:
- Create, upload, or distribute illegal, harmful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or privacy-violating content.
- Exploit or harm minors, impersonate others deceptively, or violate another person's rights.
- Introduce malware, interfere with the service, scrape or access systems without authorization, or overload infrastructure.
- Bypass or attempt to bypass security controls, moderation, access restrictions, quotas, credits, or payment controls.
- Reverse engineer the service except where applicable law expressly permits it.
- Use outputs as verified medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

Third-party services used with AI Sprite Generator may have separate terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service and its outputs are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation.

Ending Use of the Service
You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict, suspend, or deactivate access when reasonably necessary for Terms violations, legal requirements, security, fraud prevention, or service protection.
Provisions that by their nature should continue after access ends remain effective, including content responsibilities, payment obligations already incurred, disclaimers, and liability limitations.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as the service or legal requirements change. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice for material changes when required. Continued use after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
